Since May 1977, ABATE of Delaware has been fighting UNJUST LAWS enacted against motorcyclists (Mandatory Helmet Laws, Bike Modification Restrictions, etc...).
ABATE is a brotherhood of bikers and needs people who are devoted to preserving the RIGHTS of the motorcyclist. Thereby INSURING THE FREEDOM OF THE ROAD.
ABATE is not a club or a motorcycle gang; It is a group of people who are opposed to unreasonable governmental control of their lives and activities.
ABATE is working toward educating everyone regarding the issues of SAFETY and AWARENESS. Many accidents are caused by the lack of knowledge rather than the lack of a helmet.
ABATE is striving to improve the stereotyped image of Bikers.
